RESUMO
O trabalho de parto constitui o culminar da gravidez com todas as emoções vividas e promovidas no processo do desenvolvimento fetal e com os contributos evidentes da comunicação entre a mãe e o feto. O hospital constitui um ambiente desconhecido que interfere neste processo de nascer, o relaxamento induzido através de hipnose, que associado à relação que foi estabelecida com o feto através comunicação intrauterina, constitui uma ferramenta importante a ser mobilizada pelos enfermeiros obstetras/especialistas em enfermagem de saúde materna e obstetrícia e que, influencia positivamente a fisiologia do trabalho de parto, o bem-estar materno e fetal e consequentemente a transição para a parentalidade. Este relatório de estágio traduz o desenvolvimento de competências de aprendizagem para a prestação de cuidados especializadas no âmbito da Saúde Materna e Obstetrícia e suportada na teoria do cuidar transpessoal de Jean Watson (2002). Foi realizada Scopping Review com base nas orientações do Joanna Briggs Institute (2017), com a questão de pesquisa "Qual o contributo do recurso da hipnoterapia no cuidar do Enfermeiro Obstetra, para a comunicação intrauterina/materno-fetal?", tendo sido encontrados 8 artigos, CINAHL, MEDLINE e ACADEMIC. Em contexto clínico registaram-se as interações de cuidados tendo os resultados revelado que a comunicação intrauterina é promovida através da hipnoterapia e que o Enfermeiro Obstetra é o profissional de excelência para a sua promoção.
Labor is the culmination of pregnancy with all the emotions experienced and promoted in the process of fetal development and with the evident contributions of communication between the mother and the fetus. The hospital constitutes an unknown environment that interferes with this process of being born, relaxation induced through hypnosis, which associated with the relationship that was established with the fetus through intrauterine communication, constitutes an important tool to be mobilized by obstetric nurses / health nursing specialists maternal and obstetrics and that positively influences the physiology of labor, maternal and fetal well-being and consequently the transition to parenting. This internship report reflects the development of learning skills for the provision of specialized care in the field of Maternal and Obstetrics Health and supported by Jean Watson's (2002) theory of transpersonal care. Scopping Review was carried out based on the guidelines of the Joanna Briggs Institute (2017), with the research question "What is the contribution of the hypnotherapy resource in the care of the Obstetric Nurse, for intrauterine / maternal-fetal communication?", 8 articles, CINAHL, MEDLINE and. In the clinical context, care interactions were recorded, with the results showing that intrauterine communication is promoted through hypnotherapy and that the Obstetrical Nurse is the professional of excellence for its promotion.
